Question 1: Is the fee refundable?

Because we allocate senior team time and produce a formal report, the fee is not refundable once work begins. We only accept applicants we believe can benefit from the study.

Question 2: What if I ‘fail’?

You’ll receive a clear remediation plan and the option to enter our Readiness Coaching path to close the gaps. Many founders ‘pass’ after 60–120 days of focused work.

Question 3: How fast can I franchise after the study?

If your study returns a ‘go,’ you’re typically about six months away from franchising — the time it takes to finalize your systems, legal structure, and franchise operations manual.

Question 4: Do you take equity or charge royalties?

This study has a flat fee. Any future development or management agreements are negotiated separately.
