3. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Coaching Catalysts, LLC, you may not:

• Copy Company content;
• Republish Company content;
• Sell or resell Company content;
• Distribute Company content;
• Reproduce training materials;
• Share membership content outside authorized users;
• Share login credentials;
• Record, duplicate, or redistribute paid content;
• Create derivative works from proprietary materials;
• Reverse engineer proprietary systems or processes;
• Use Company intellectual property in a misleading manner; or
• Remove copyright notices or ownership information.

4. Fair Use Notice

Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict lawful fair use rights recognized under applicable copyright law.

Any determination regarding fair use should be made based upon the specific facts and applicable law.

5. Copyright Infringement Notifications

Notices that fail to comply with applicable legal requirements may not be processed.

7. Counter-Notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court;

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in accordance with applicable law.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Coaching Catalysts, LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to websites, memberships, software, communities, services, accounts, or other resources belonging to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Determinations regarding repeat infringement shall be made at the Company's sole discretion.

9. User-Submitted Content

Users remain responsible for content they upload, submit, post, distribute, transmit, or otherwise provide through our Services.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

The names Coaching Catalysts®, Catalysts Companies®, Catalysts Services®, ASK MAPS™, Competitor Crushing Secrets™, Catalysts CRM™, and related names, logos, slogans, branding elements, and proprietary marks may be protected under trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of Company trademarks, service marks, logos, branding, or trade dress is prohibited.

11. Enforcement Rights

Coaching Catalysts, LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law, contract law, and other applicable laws.

We may pursue legal action, injunctive relief, monetary damages, account suspension, content removal, or other remedies when necessary to protect our intellectual property rights.

12. International Users

Users accessing our Services outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local intellectual property laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights available under applicable international intellectual property treaties or laws.

13. Changes to This Policy
