This Refund Policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, reports, coaching, consulting, software access, marketing services, advertising services, Google Business Profile services, CRM services, assessments, funnels, websites, landing pages, and other offerings owned or operated by:

All purchases are final. Coaching Catalysts, LLC does not offer refunds unless expressly required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
By purchasing, subscribing, enrolling, or otherwise paying for any product or service, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds for any amounts paid, including but not limited to:
Digital products, training materials, memberships, courses, videos, reports, templates, downloads, worksheets, checklists, software access, CRM access, and other online resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, delivered, viewed, streamed, downloaded, emailed, or otherwise made available to you.
Because digital products and online access can be consumed immediately, all digital product sales are final.
Trial fees, including but not limited to paid trial offers such as a 14-day trial, are non-refundable.
If a trial converts into a recurring subscription, you are responsible for canceling before the recurring billing date if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel before the recurring billing date does not entitle you to a refund.
Subscriptions, memberships, retainers, CRM access, SaaS access, Google Business Profile management services, marketing services, and other recurring services automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel recurring services at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not result in a refund for charges already incurred.
We do not provide partial-month refunds, prorated refunds, unused-time refunds, or refunds for unused features, unused services, unused access, or failure to use the service.
Coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, advisory services, and hourly services are non-refundable.
Once time has been reserved, work has begun, advice has been provided, preparation has been performed, or a session has been delivered or made available, fees are final and non-refundable.
Competitive Analysis Reports, audits, assessments, visibility reviews, Google Business Profile reviews, marketing evaluations, research reports, and similar deliverables are non-refundable.
Fees for reports or analyses are final once the order is placed, research has started, data has been reviewed, access has been provided, or the report has been delivered.
Fees paid for Google Business Profile services, marketing services, advertising services, CRM services, SaaS access, campaign setup, account configuration, content creation, reporting, optimization, automation, or other service work are non-refundable.
Marketing and advertising results are affected by many variables outside our control. Dissatisfaction with results, rankings, visibility, leads, calls, revenue, sales, or growth does not entitle you to a refund.
For recurring services, our position is: if you are not satisfied, you may cancel future service.
Cancellation is your remedy for dissatisfaction with recurring services. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for previous payments, partial billing periods, services already rendered, access already granted, work already performed, or current billing cycles.
If you believe there has been a billing error, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or payment claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to submit this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, order records, access logs, communication records, service records, delivery records, and other evidence to payment processors, banks, card issuers, or financial institutions in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, disable access, pursue collection of unpaid amounts, and recover chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of the charge.
If we determine that a true billing error occurred, we may correct the error at our discretion.
To cancel a recurring service, contact us at [email protected] or use the cancellation method provided in your account, checkout, billing portal, or written agreement.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. We are not responsible for charges that occur because a cancellation request was submitted after billing has already processed.
We do not guarantee rankings, Google Business Profile visibility, leads, phone calls, customers, sales, revenue, profits, advertising performance, business growth, or any specific outcome.
Refunds are not provided because a customer did not achieve a desired result.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
